How it works
Write or paste your dialogue with one line per speaker, like "Anna: Hello!". Free clips are up to 500 characters.
Open "More options", go to "Pauses and conversations" and turn on Conversation mode. Each name gets its own voice; change the voice and pitch for each speaker.
Press generate and download the MP3. For a longer script, make each part and join them into one file.
What this AI dialogue generator does
Many tools called "AI dialogue generator" write the lines for you. This one does the other half: it voices a dialogue you already have. You write the script, or paste one from your own notes or another writing tool, and each speaker is read in a different AI voice.
It is two person conversation text to speech, and it works for up to 6 speakers. The result is one audio file with the whole conversation in order.
How to format your dialogue
Put each line on its own row and start it with the speaker name and a colon: "Leo: I lasted four days."
Keep each name the same every time. "Leo" and "Leo B" count as two different speakers.
Use up to 6 names. Each one gets a different voice to start, and you can pick any voice and set its pitch from minus 30 to plus 30 Hz.
Add a pause between scenes with [pause 2s].

Long scripts, full episodes and natural pacing
Free clips are up to 500 characters. When your dialogue is longer, press Generate in More options and it is split into 500-character parts. Make each part, then join them into one MP3. A plan lets you make up to 5,000 characters at once, see /pricing.
Keep the same speaker names in every part, so each person keeps the same voice from start to finish. For a podcast episode, split the script by segment (intro, main talk, outro) and name the files in order.
Before you make the whole episode, voice the first ten lines and listen. If two speakers sound too alike, pick a different voice for one of them, or move one pitch up and the other down by 10 Hz. If the talk feels rushed, lower the Speed slider a little or add [pause 1s] where a person would stop to think.
What it does and does not do
It reads your written dialogue with a separate standard AI voice for each speaker, with its own pitch, and gives you an MP3.
It does not write or rewrite the dialogue.
It does not add music, sound effects, echo, laughs or crowd noise. Add those in your audio or video editor.
It does not copy real people or film, TV or game characters, and it does not clone voices.
