95 / 500 characters

Free clips are up to 500 characters, with no sign-up and no watermark. Longer scripts, voice cloning and more voices are on the paid plans.

How it works

  1. Type or paste your script. Free clips are up to 500 characters.
  2. Leave the "Announcer preset" ticked. It lowers the pitch a little (6 Hz) and speeds the voice up by 10 percent on any voice. Guy is preselected; try Christopher for a deeper ring-style read or Aria for a female announcer.
  3. Press generate, listen, and download the MP3. Untick the preset to hear the normal voice.

What does this announcer voice sound like?

It is a confident, clear and slightly fast voice for intros and big moments: stage introductions, ring intros, game-show rounds and stream openers. It comes from a standard AI voice with the pitch lowered a little and the speed raised a little.

It does not shout or build up excitement inside one line, and it does not add crowd noise, arena echo or music. Many creators add those in a video editor after downloading the MP3.

Sports announcer voice: play-by-play, recaps and lineups

The same tool works for sports: highlight-reel narration, score updates, game recaps, fantasy-league recaps, starting lineups and youth or school game intros. For faster play-by-play, pick a voice and keep your sentences short.

It is fast and punchy, but it is not a screaming goal call. Write "Goal! Goal! Goal!" rather than "GOOOAL" so the voice reads it cleanly, and add crowd sound in your editor.

  • Football, soccer, basketball, baseball, racing and esports all work: it reads whatever you write.
  • For a British football feel, pick Ryan (English, UK). For Spanish commentary, switch to Spanish and pick a Spanish voice.
  • Use real names only for your own team or league, and never pretend to be a real commentator.

Tips for a better announcer read

  • Use exclamation marks and short phrases: "The finals are set!"
  • Put the big name last, after a comma, for a natural build-up.
  • Spell numbers the way they should be read: "one hundred seventy pounds".
  • Split long intros into two clips and join them in your editor.
  • Use fictional names in samples and your own names in real projects.

Frequently asked questions

Is the announcer voice generator free?

Yes. The box is free with no sign-up and no watermark, up to 500 characters per clip, with an MP3 download. Longer scripts and more voices are on the paid plans.

Which voice sounds most like an announcer?

Guy is the default with the preset on. Christopher gives a deeper, ring-style read, Aria is a good female announcer, and Ryan gives a British MC sound.

How is the announcer voice made?

The preset lowers the pitch of a standard AI voice by 6 Hz and speeds it up by 10 percent, for a punchy, confident read.

Can I make a boxing, wrestling or game-show style intro?

Yes for the script and the pace: write the intro and the voice reads it in an announcer style. It does not add echo, crowd or music.

Can it sound really excited, like a live goal call?

It is faster and punchier than a normal voice, but it does not shout. Short lines and exclamation marks give the most energy.

Can it sound like a famous announcer or commentator?

No. We do not imitate real people, networks or game characters. You get an original announcer-style voice.

Can I make an announcer voice in Spanish or another language?

Yes. Switch the language, pick a voice, and the preset is applied to it.

Need more than a short clip?

The free box above is capped at 500 characters per clip. If you need longer scripts (up to 5,000 characters per generation), voice cloning or higher-quality voices, take a look at the plans. Nothing here is required to use the free tool.
